Don't let your running emotions affect your actions that could lead to ruin your relationship

Mind you, Each one of us sometimes literally behaved differently due to unexpected situations that were in. Frustrations, disappointments, loneliness, self-in-denial, lack of confidence, and acceptance. These are major behaviors that could able to contributes us to freak out and accidentally throw derogatory words to co-workers, friends, family, and strangers. And this could also ruin the relationship of what you have saved or cherish for a long time.

Human being has a different approach on how to handle hurtful words or comments coming from you or from others. Think of it, they are the same as you. Lucky you if the person is open-minded and could able to widen her perspective view of understandings and address it in an optimistic way and ignore it because she is smart, she knows how to deal with negative things. But, how about those people who are not, a person who has a sensitive heart, closed-minded, and shallow. Those people who still ruminating their past tragic experience, a person who has still can't move on for their personal traumas. Imagine the impact that could you awaken or stimulates their critical silent mode soul.

You were helping them to develop another additional toxicity for their lives, instead of engaging and spreading compassion to promotes equality, solidarity, and unity to the whole nation, I or you are one of indicator that brings out and alleviates their own insecurities and helps them to hangs on their tumultuous nature of mistakes and experiences.

From now on, I encourage you to train our self to take a deep breath and be calm before jumping into argumentations, confrontations, or damn fights. Take a break, go for a short walk, listen to a piece of music that could inspire you. Let your emotions subside, so then you can act properly and eliminates derogatory words that could intentionally hurt anyone. So later on, you will not able to regret you actions. Because your actions define your character. Speak your mind and stand for yourself, promotes compassion, not apathy.
